Kyla

In terms of altitude, Kyla is the second highest city in the world, if one might count Denarius Temple in Morningstar as a city. Capital of Tenesidus, Kyla is often regarded as city of the clouds, as it sits high in the mountains where a faint fog hangs frequently. It's cold here, but the people are kind and hearty. This is a place for polnocs and snow elves to exercise their natural endurance to the cold.
