Notia

Capital city of the Auster Plains, Notia is a fairly bustling community on the coast. The people are witty and charming, many of whom are strong and well-suited for the warrior business. There are also many merchants and shipowners. Outside the city wall is the port where the most "bad stuff" happens among the pirates. Notia is a big trade city with generally little crime and a peaceable way of life by the ocean.
