Description:

Aki stands at about the average height of a Lesser Angel at 5' 8''. She has a thin build to her, being only one hundred twenty-five pounds. Despite her weight, she still manages to have the curves of a young lady. She a a delicate, heart shaped facial structure. Her hair is a chestnut brown, that flows in layers that just barely cascade over her shoulders. She also has rather long bangs that sweep across her right eye and down the side of her jaw. Her eyes are wide and innocent, the color of slate rimmed with a coal black. Her eyes always glow with kindness ad happiness most of the time, and her lips are a pale seashell pink.

She has pale peach skin that is for the most part flawless. Her arms and ribs held scars from the claws of her brother's dragon. Also, on her back is a large, ragged, pink scar from where her own sister attacked her, intending to end her life. This scars stay a livid color, and Aki can never bring herself to change them. She also has a faded scar on her wrist from her first attempt at candle making.

She dresses rather simply for someone of the High Class. She would rather be able to blend in then wear something elaborate, unless she has to attend a meeting with Rin, which does not usually happen. When it does though, she will wear a Light blue dress adorned with gold leaves. But when she is on her own or with Rin at her home, she wears a sleeveless white dress that fits nicely to her form. It extends slightly over her knees she she can walk and run comfortably. ON her arm is an intricate, elegant arm band that she wears all the time.

Description:

Aki is a very kind, and loving soul. She is as kind as possible to both acquiantince and close friend. She wants to do as much as she can to help someone to the best of her ability. She hates to see others hurt or lost, and always wants to do almost anything to make them better again. She desires to help people try and find what they have lost, whether it be something small or large. It helps her cope with not being able to discover what she herself had lost.

She loves to be outdoors and around her natural surroundings as much as she possibly can be. She is either out looking for herbs or just soaking up sunlight on a calm day. Though she does like to admit to it, she can be somewhat naive about things in life. But she does not usually ask about the things that confuse her.

She will always try and fight for those she cares about, even though physically she is still weaker than she believes she could be. She will defend them with everything she has, and would even sacrifice herself for them if she cares for them enough. There is only three she would do that for. Mystic Rin, her companion Gabriel, and the Count of the Auster Plains if she absolutely had to.

HISTORY AND BACKGROUND

Aki's birth was at a high point in the Manayoko family's life. She was born when the family had just begun their lives as upper class citizens because of a gamble their dad had taken with investing their money in a merchant vessel, which kept him from home often. While he was away Takao was head of the household, mainly due to the death of their mother when she gave birth to Aki.

Takao was kind and caring to all of his siblings, he ran the house whenever their dad was gone with expertise. Yuji was the one who spoiled his younger sister though. He was always helping her with anything, from learning how to fly, to reading books to her. He was extremely close to his sister. Aki, she loved them all and was always doing anything to help her older siblings.

The night she was struck down by Chiyoko was one of desperation, One that showed how much more Takao loved her than Yuji. Aki had heard that Chiyoko's boyfriend, who their father despised, had been killed by their father. She ran into the house and yelled, "Brothers, did you hear? Dad has just---” She screamed in pain as Chiyoko's sword sliced into her back, leaving a gaping gash along her spine. After she had been struck down she could feel the life leaching from her body, though she was still alive when Hikari picked her up, carrying her to the spot they landed at so that Takao could asses the damage. The last words she said to him were “T-takao, I have one last request for you. Don't kill Chiyoko, she's sick and doesn't know who she is any more....”

Takao wouldn't accept the death of Aki though, and quickly flew her to Notia, where she was dropped off at the door of the mystic, who Rin was learning from at the time. Rin answered the door and took in both Aki and a small bunny who was laying next to her and set to work on nursing them both back to health. It took a long while for Aki to fully recover from the wounds she had received from her sister. Once she fully recovered, and was able to speak again, she found that everything besides her name had been wiped clean from her memories. So she could never answer where she had come from nor how she had ended up on the Mystic's doorstep.

She was grateful when Rin allowed her and her new companion, who she named Gabriel, to stay with her. From there she threw herself into learning to master the art of Restoration magic, becoming a master after a long progression of time and the assistance of hard work. After that, she tried her hand at making candles and took it up as a job to help out Rin. At moments, she still yearns to remember what her life was like before she was with Rin.

Description:

Gabriel is rather large for a bunny, standing at two feet for his full height. He has big floppy ears that took a lot of practice to keep straight, and still sometimes his left ear will lean over to the side. He is a very clean, white rabbit, pretty much always the color of snow. Unless he has spent the day running around, then he is a dusty sand color. His eyes are round, and very playful. They are the color if amber gems in the sunlight, and are always shiny. There are scars that extend over each eye from his eyelid to his tiny pink nose.

Whether he is wears clothes varies on where he has to go. Usually is just natural rabbit, all fur and nothing else but a gold collar with golden bells hanging from it. But if there is somewhere important he goes with Aki, he lets her put him in a blue vest with gold trimming.

Description:

Gabriel is just a happy, hyper, fun loving bunny rabbit. He likes to see his master Aki smile and laugh, always joining in with her. But if she is sad, he will curl up to her and cuddle, trying to cheer her up and make her happy again. He is very loyal and protective of her, and likes to be friendly with anyone she has deemed as trustworthy. If Gabriel had to, he would put himself on the line for Aki if it could save her for a few moments and keep her free. But he would not tell her for she would not like him to do that.

Like his master, he does not like strangers. But unlike Aki, he is not afraid of them. He is rather skeptical of what a stranger's motives are with his master or anyone she cares about, and it takes him a while to trust whomever it is.

HISTORY AND BACKGROUND

Gabriel had been abandoned as a baby, and was picked up by a old but kind man at an early age. For a while he lived with this man, always doing everything he could for him. But as the man had been old when he had found Gabriel, he had gotten very sick when Gabriel was only two.

Before the sickness could take the man, he was attacked and killed outside his home after taking Gabriel for a walk. Gabriel fled, but was taken prisoner by the one who had attacked his master. This man was not kind to him, and tortured almost all the trust and love out of Gabriel. But he escaped at at three, running of into the night and living in the wild peacefully for a while, traveling until he arrived in Notia.

On the night Aki had been taken and dropped off to Mystic Rin, Gabriel had been hiding in a bush, wounded himself from being hunted down by a predator hungry for dinner. He had hopped over to where she lay by the door, and curled right up to her, hoping that he would be helped as well by whoever was inside, finding a sliver of trust in his weak state.

Fortunately, Gabriel was taken in along with Aki. He was healed and better long before Aki, but for some reason could not leave her. He found the kindness in her in the moments she was conscious that his first master had possessed. She would reach a weak hand out to him, and pet him with a feathery touch until she was unconscious once more. He had built trust with her, and could not abandon someone who could love him again. From then on, he has always been with Aki, and slowly started to gain back the trust and love for people he used to have with his first master.
