Description:
Carlie is a beautiful young lady. She stands at 5'7" so she is a bit taller than Sarah. Her hair and eyes are nearly an exact copy of her mother's, being silvery blond and sapphire blue respectively. She has exaggerated curves and a perfect hourglass figure with legs perfectly proportioned to her body. Her hair is long and flowing, reaching down to her upper thighs.

She is the complete opposite of Sarah when it comes to clothing. Carlie is the true definition of a girly girl, mainly to annoy her sister. She is always wearing dresses that show off her beautiful body, usually the dresses being low cut. Her dresses are usually quite tight fitting too, showing off every single curve in her body. They will often have an ambitious slip going up the side of her leg, showing off her entire leg nearly up to the hip, on some dresses it is actually past the hip, but this is only worn when she is trying to get what she wants from someone. She does where one thing other than a dress, and only whenever she has to get something done herself, a skin tight black jumpsuit.

Carlie knows she has a beautiful body and will use it to seduce her victims, though she hasn't done so in a while. She will also use her seductiveness to get what she wants when she wants it. She will even go as far as sleeping with a man but will become extremely aggressive if her original plan fails. She hangs around only the the brightest and prettiest counties and cities, officialy residing in Bayview.

She is extremely power hungry, though doesn't feel a need to take over any counties as of right now. Even though she doesn't like them, she loves to play with the politics of the counties because she it gives her something to do. To do this she has gotten Jared to carry out many assassinations just to laugh at the internal power struggle caused by the sudden change. She will write fake terms and send them to a leader though, just to have a bit of fun seeing the kingdoms work them out stressfully and many times nearly resulted in war. Even though she loves to watch the counties struggle, she will still try to keep the peace in her home county of the Falian Lowlands.
