gone wrong [P]

[Holly]

Previous location: Near Kokoro Village

It might have gone smoothly had the captain not left her ship. The whole might have been sparred had they just surrendered easily. And Aria might have been able to get her herbs and get back to Acerbus Umbra had Dia Ruoshe not shown up.

"Mystic, huh?" Dia spat as she stood over her mother's corpse. Blood drenched the floor of the ship that was still rocking back and forth. Dia held the dagger that killed her very own mother, twilring it around her finger with ease. "If you're a Mystic, then your little apprentice should be easy to take out," She smirked, walking out of the captain's quarters. Her smirk only widened when she found that all of the crew members were dead too.

Only, not everyone on board was dead.

Dia rushed to the other side of the boat, quick like a vampire, and grabbed the person's arm as he climbed aboard. Pulling him on board, she realized that he had actualy swam to the front of the boat and tried to climb aboard. Dia held the dagger to his throat and hissed, "State you business."

"This is a boat from Acerbus Umbra," The stranger replied, "I'm looking for someone that could be here."

"You better hope not," Dia sneered, observing every movement and taking in every feature of the boy. He was tall, probably a Soturi, though the dark blue eyes suggested otherwise. He could have been an Olisthir. If he was, then he was a stupid one for he could have easily slipped out of his current predicament. "Who are you and who are you looking for?"

The boy didn't answer for a moment, comtemplating very carefully what to say. His dark blue irises weren't giving away anything, however, which made Dia a little angry. Usually, she was good with reading people. "I'm looking for a girl named Holly Skies. And I'm Chase Vega."

Dia was quiet, slowly releasing the man named Chase Vega. The smirk that she had before gradually found it's way back on her face. "Holly Skies, huh? Interesting."

[Pyrixs]

For three days he has been stuck there, in that wretched cave with the constant sound of waves crashing into the cliff face and jagged rocks. The only way out was to swim but he couldn't swim to the left or the right or else he would be smashed against the rocks and if he swan straight he would only encounter open water and who knows what lurks beneath the depths out there. Pyrixs looked up from his fire to see a boat growing closer and closer until it was finally in swimming distance and suddenly he jumped to his feet, broke into a sprint towards the opening of the cave and dived into the salty water. It had been about ten minutes when he reached the side of the boat and grabbed a a hold of the netting that hung from the side and started to pull himself up.
When he pulled himself up to the deck he ignored the dead bodies because his eyes were locked on the two other living people at the front of the boat, and he spoke one name, "Dia."

[Holly]

"Oh, there you are. I was wondering when you were going to show up," Dia smiled pleasantly, althought there was a hint of evil glinting in her different colored eyes. She grabbed her claymore from where it lay on the deck and stabbed it into the wood so it would stay standing. Placing her dagger back in her boot, she nodded to Chase. "Pyrixs, that's Chase. Kill him and you're dead."

Before Pyrixs had arrived, Chase had been able to tell Dia what his relationship with Holly was. It peaked Dia's interest and made things just more fascinating in her mind. She was wondering how she was going to go about taking the other Olisthir's life and now she had a plan morphing in her head. Good thing was it would include her, Chase, and Pyrixs.

"I'm gonna need your help. Both of you," She smirked at Pyrixs. If he wanted destruction, he was going to get destruction. And if Chase wanted Holly back, then so be it. He just didn't know that she was going to die afterwords.

[Pyrixs]

Pyrixs looked at Chase and just shrugged as he used a fire ball to dry himself off. After he was dried he said, "You know the conditions, if I get to kill I'll go along with what ever your planning."
He opened the door to the captains quarter and looked at the dead body then closed the door before heading below deck. He came back up a couple minutes later with three loafs of bread and a cup filled with ale.
"So what's your plan?" Pyrixs asked taking a sip of ale, "Where are we going, why, and when?"
He gave Dia a look that said, Only tell me what you want to tell me with him around, tell me the rest later, before pulling a chunk off of a loaf of bread.

[Holly]

"Chase is going to hide this ship and make sure no one finds it for a while. That'll keep anyone off our tail while I spy on the people I need to. You do not do anything until I tell you to or else the plan will fail," Dia explained clearly, but also with a slightly hushed voice so no one would hear her but the two others on board. "We're going to Acerbus Umbra to help Chase."

Using her auxilary magic, she telepathed to Pyrixs. I'm using this idiot to kill Acerbus Umbra's Mystic-in-training. Well, now Mystic. She lives in Acerbus Umbra and she is an Olisthir. And you know how much I hate them. She made it completely unnoticeable that she was mentally communicating with Pyrixs. Plus, I vowed to kill her no matter what.

"So, first things first. We're going to Acerbus Umbra to spy. Chase will meet us there," Dia instructed.

[Pyrixs]

Pyrixs listened to the plan while chewing on the chunk of bread his left hand resting on the the box he decided to sit on. He sat there thinking for a few minutes as he sipped on the cup of ale.
"Why hide the boat when we could just burn it?" Pyrixs asked small wisp of smoke coming from the area underneath his left hand, "Either way reports of the ship not docking and the mystic not being sighted will reach Acerbus Umbra eventually. We could crash the ship into the rocks on the cliff and make it look like it crashed with no survivors."
He lifted his hand reveling where the wood under his left hand had been burned and pulled another chunk of bread from the loaf.
"Hide the ship and people will wonder, crash the ship and people won't think twice." Pyrixs said taking another drink of the ale.

[Holly]

"Because where's the fun in just crashing the ship or burning it down or whatever? Let us let people wonder just what the hell happened here. It'll be funny," Dia smirked at the two, happy with her little plan. She just needed to keep Pyrixs informed and Chase as little informed as possible.

I heard of a rumor from a loud mouthed little vampire that Holly Skies might like King Falkor in a way more so than Mystic should like her ruler. Once I find out, I'll give you more information, Dia continued only to Pyrixs.

"Let's go," She said to Pyrixs. The ship was nearing a cliff side, allowing them the ability to jump and then climb to the top. Dia was easily able to find her way at the top and looking down at the boat. "We'll see you later, Chase!"

[Pyrixs]

"True, do what you want with the boat." Pyrixs said finishing the ale in his cup and tossing it overboard, "Goodbye Chase."
Pyrixs pulled a blood stained cloak off of one of the dead crew members and put it on before jumping onto the cliff face. Once he made it to the top he pulled the hood up and said to Dia, "So what do you need me to do?"
He pulled a water skin from beneath the cloak and uncorked it, the smell of ale mixing with the, took a small sip before putting the cork back in and placed it beneath the cloak again. He turned around and looked down at the boat before speaking again, "You sure he's going to do his part?"

[Holly]

"I want you to distract Roxanna to the best of your abilities without dying. The more she's away from her beloved Mystic, the more Holly and Falkor can bond and then the better it will be when Chase steals her away and the better it will be when I take her life," She laughed aloud, sounding mildly insane. She had a wild look in her eyes at the thought of finally taking out the people she had been planning to for years.

"I want this girl and that stupid kingdom to suffer the loses of their Mystics..." Her mood suddenly changed, becoming more focused as she paced back and forth, thinking through her plan over and over for mistakes. Now that she thought of it, she realized that she might need more people if she were to distract the others of the castle.

A dark chuckle arose at Pyrixs next question. "Trust me, a fool in love is the most persistant type of fool. If he really loves this girl then he'll do anything to get her back. He already killed all of her family just so he could be the only person in her life. Why not do this one simple task?"

[Pyrixs]

Pyrixs thought about Dia's plan as she paced back and forth. The two or three of us against a castle with a countess, a king, and others. We need more people.
"We need more people and I know someone who might help us.... if we can find him." Pyrixs said to Dia, "I've only met him twice and I owe him my life. He also gave me this."
He began to take the cloth that was wrapped around his left arm until the runic symbols became visible. Tattooed upon his left hand were many black runic symbols but tattooed in the center of his palm was the symbol of the Santach in blood red. He showed Dia before wrapping his hand up again.

[Holly]

"You do realize I don't care what the hell he gave you, right?" Dia spoke boredly and didn't really care to look when he showed his arm. "All I care about is my plan going smoothly and if he's willing to help then so be it. But I will not accept people who will ruin this mission. Those who wish to ruin it will perish in the Battlegrounds or the Bloodlands."

She needed more people than just her, Pyrixs, and mystery man. They needed people she could trust more than just some stranger that she had just heard about now. A few came to mind and she knew they would help if she had things she knew they would want in return.

"I need to spy first, then gather people. I want you to go about and find a couple of people and see what they're up to. Alessia Hawking, Cethin Steele, and Sorcha Delmy. Maybe Julian Hawking too," Dia explained.

[Pyrixs]

"Just find me and let me know when to go find them." Pyrixs told Dia before he started walking away, "I shouldn't be that hard to find now should I."

Pyrixs hadn't even walked twenty feet when a messenger approached him from his left and tapped him on the shoulder. As soon as the messengers finger made contact with his shoulder Pyrixs spun around grabbing him by the throat and pulling his left hand back ready to hit him when he noticed it was a messenger so he removed his hand from his throat so he could speak.

"I was told to give this to you by a red cloaked man, don't worry your secret is safe with me." the messenger said as he handed him an old coin and gestured to Pyrixs left hand, "He also said that you should go talk to the count of Scelestus."

Pyrixs snatched the coin from his hand and just chuckled before suddenly grabbing the messenger by the head and slamming his head into the ground. The messenger started to scream as the smell of burning flesh filled the air accompanied with Pyrixs laughter but he stopped laughing and said, "O, I know my secret is safe because your not leaving here alive. Pray to your god for you shall meet them know."

He let go of the mans face revealing the mans burned face and just as he was crawling away Pyrixs light him ablaze with a fireball. Pyrixs turned away from the burning man and hollered over to Dia, "If you need me you'll be able to find me in Scelestus"
With that said and done Pyrixs started to walk.
