The beautiful, magical continent of Osoa changed. It's been brought to a new dawn that many people don't like. The Ifreanda, a new government made up of faeries from the Unseelie Court and a mix of other races, are the cause and are now in control. All who opposed are sentenced to death or to work in the procella moonstone mines for the rest of their lives if they take back what they have said. The world the Osoans once knew is long gone.

The Ifreanda are having minor issues, though, with groups known as the Colonies. Several of them have been taken out by government sent Colonies to help keep the dictatorship, but others still remain. The Colonies that are still around are Underground societies, forced there so they can continue fighting and staying amongst the shadows. People assume them to be nothing but rebels, outcasts, and miscreants who were evil before the power was switched. However, they would be surprised to find who were really leading the attacks.

The head of Colony 13 was a Mystical Advisor before the government swap, the captain of Colony 8 was a mercenary, and the leader of Colony 17 was a Countess herself. The bosses of the Colonies and the members want Osoa back, and they will do whatever they can to achieve it.

oh, well NaNoWriMo stands for National Novel Writing Month, where for the whole month of November you try to write 50,000 words! Which is about the length of a novel, around 170 pages I think?

I do it every year and I was finally successful last year, reaching 50k! I'm doing it again this year and since you like to write I figured you'd be up for the challenge. ;)
