PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS Height: 6'2" Weight: 178 lbs Physical Build: tall, lean, toned Hair Color: black Eye Color: left - light scarlet, right - green Description: Oddly, Nazar doesn't look like a vampire. He's not pale like most blood-suckers are, nor are both of his eyes a shade of red or silver. But, he's not tan and his eyes aren't normal like everyone else's either. His skin is a beautiful and smooth, olive-toned color, flawless. He has an angled face, with high cheek bones, and caved-in cheeks. His lips are normally pressed into a stright line, and, for some strange reason, only one of his vampiric fangs jut out of his mouth. This is probably the only physical evidence that tells people he is a vampire.
Nazar stands at an even 6'2", just a two inches shorter than Countess Roxanna, the person he guards with his life 24/7. Not many people notice this because not many people know of Nazar. He is of average weight for his height, most of it from muscle. He's not overly muscular, though. The vampire has broad shoulders, leading to long arms, then to strong hands, and lengthy, bony fingers. While his arms are long and graceful(especcially when weilding a weapon), his legs are the same.
The infected's hair and eyes weren't always like they were now. Nazar's hair was originally pitch black, like a shadow in Naktis, and was shoulder length. It's still black and shoulder length, but now, it contains strands of crimson and silver. Nazar's eyes were both pale green before being changed into a fallen, but when he was, his left eye shifted to a light scarlet.
The body guard always dresses formily. Always, always, always! He can be seen wearing a neat, ironed jacket, pants, and polished ebony shoes. Never can he be seen wearing anything less than formal attire. A weapon is easily accessable for when he needs it. A sword, three daggers, and other various weapons are on his belt.
PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS Alignment: lawful evil Religious Affiliation: selfish Likes: silence, night, dakrness, shadows, keeping to himself, not talking Dislikes: daytime, sun, Tori, Colden, Falkor, light, loud noises, having to speak, being beaten, when his plans are ruined Description: Quick-witted, agile, and focused is how Nazar can be described positively. Negatively, Nazar can be pinned as creepy, mysterious, dark, and suspicious. Not many people know him, and not many of them truly know him. He stays silent at nearly all times, his seriousness practically contagious. He takes everything he does with great authority and focus, never wavering unless ordered to do so by Countess Roxanna (sometimes even then, he doesn't listen). He's beyond anything and no matter how many times his Countess tells hiim she doesn't need him, he will still stay by her side secretively.
Nazar doesn't understand jokes or most humor for that matter, so when he does laugh on those rare occassions, it's most likely be from something he comes up with or it's fake. Contrary to popular belief, the vampire can in fact relax a little bit, however it's often in the comfort of his quarters and only for a short time. Despite his strict demeanor and emotionless face, Nazar does have emotions.
He cares about everyone in the castle like they're apart of his family if he had one still. He treats Roxanna with the upmost respect -- probably higher than nessacary -- and he always bows and kneels to her. He acts as if Holly was a younger sister, however, giving her the honor a Mystic-In-Training deserves. The vampire isn't afraid of Arkadios, and he tolerates Flick because the bird acts like a pestering child. Probably the only two he does not appreciate are King Falkor and Tori Weaver. He treats Falkor politely and with respect, but does not exactly like him. And he completely hates Tori. All in all, Nazar is very mysterious man.
HISTORY AND BACKGROUND Nazar doesn't remember much about his childhood except for just a couple of points. He remembers that other kids made fun of him for not laughing at their jokes or not getting things right off the bat. When they played games and Nazar tried to join in, he didn't get them and then they would laugh and tease him.
At age ten, someone turned his view on people around. A girl named Delilah moved into Brevis Village. She was extremely pretty with sky blue eyes and white-blonde curly hair. She was very nice and polite, but didn't open up emotionally except to Nazar. She wasn't an angel, but a kalahati. Delilah was a swan half-breed, with white wings that had golden tips. But, only three weeks after she had arrived, she came down with a terrible illness. She was in bed most of the time and sometimes would sleep for days. There was a high possibility that she could go to sleep and never wake up.
Nazar sought for help to heal Delilah, anything at all. He found only one person to help the girl. The complete wrong person. The mysterious man that Nazar found said that he could heal the girl, but it would come with a sacrafice. Nazar said he would do anything for Delilah. The mysterious man cast a spell on Nazar's eyes, making it so he could heal anything he stared at.
With this news, Nazar immediately went to Delilah and told her that she would be better if she stared at his eyes. She did, and she got better. They were able to go outside and play again. That same night, Nazar found out what the sacrafice was. He began coughing and throwing up blood. As he cried, his tears were also blood. He, however, continued going over to Delilah's house and healing her. And every night the same thing would happen until, one time, he blacked out.
From then on, Delilah began feeling ill again. She was back in her bed, Nazar's healing eyes weren't working, and the nightime event was getting worse and worse. Delilah started sleeping for days again, and then it turned to into a week. Nazar tried desperately for his eyes to work and heal her.
One day, he was able to find her awake, just for a moment before she fell back asleep. Nazar couldn't even make it home that time before he collapsed in a pool of his own blood...
Nazar awoke from the incident two weeks later to find that Delilah had passed on.
He stayed in Brevis Village for most of his life, not talking unless he truly needed to. He was completely heartbroken from losing Delilah. He remained there until he was 31 when he was bitten by a vampire. He expected to die that day. He didn't, though. The vampire released him after injecting him with venom.
Still physically 31, but a little older, Nazar had a plan. When he was still living in Brevis Village, he found more people that made fun of him, this time for being an infected. He was tired of people and their selfishness. He hatched an idea. The D-System was executed. He captured many people and got them to work on his monstorous plan, a couple being Victoria Weaver, Colden Iraheta, Stellr Bergerone, and Benjamin Meadel.
After two years of getting slaves to work on the D-system, which would have been able to harness enough energy to destroy life on another continent, Victoria Weaver proved to be a very troublesome girl. She killed nearly all of the workers, and the workers that didn't die escaped. She caused destruction of nearly the whole project. Nazar's plans were never completed and the D-system disappeared like it were never near Brevis Village. Like it had never happened.
From there, Nazar became a loner and traveled around again, not staying in one place for very long and not talking to alot of people. He never did see Colden Iraheta or Stellr Bergerone again. Years passed until he finally stayed still in Acerbus Umbra and found Victoria Weaver again. He became the Countess's body guard, despite that she constantly insults him. Somedays, he thinks about his past, about Delilah or the D-system that he nearly finished. He wonders if he will ever see Delilah again, or if the D-system will ever come back into to play. He's still waiting for someone to mention it.
