Description:
Akio stands at about 5'5" making him slightly taller than his older sister, Amberly. He has a lighter black, or a darker brown shade of hair, depending on how you look at it. His eyes are an oddity, they are a bright purple. He is lightly built, but extremely powerful in the sense of strength. He is fast and light on his feet making him even all the more lethal.

Akio is usually wearing all black, black trench coat and black scarf included in his wardrobe. He is often seen well groomed and clean for he hates the feeling of being dirty. He has a pair of goggles he wears for high speed or long distance travel on his dragon. Despite his main focus being swordsmanship, he has also learned how to use a bow from the back of Safaia so that he can take down a foe from a distance.

Description:
He is kind like his sister and will do anything to help those in need. He will attack without mercy if he sees someone attacked for no apparent reason. He will look for an alternative to violence whenever possible just to avoid the injure of either Safaia and himself. He values morals highly and will look to justify them whenever possible, especially if it involves the injury of his companion. Akio is the complete opposite of Amberly when it comes to the opposite sex, he does not flirt and instead just keeps his usual attitude.

He is wise beyond his years. He acts with more experience and maturity than most do when they are in their twenties. He will often confuse people without meaning to with his advice and will over complicate things. Akio has one goal in life, to protect those who can't protect themselves. He usually resides in Celestial City but will leave if he hears of something happening to someone in are of the world so the capital city is more like his base of operations than anything else.


HISTORY AND BACKGROUND
Akio was born 3 years after Amberly. He quickly became the more sensitive of the two, often times going to great extremes to help those in need. When he turned 5 he found a dragon egg, which hatched when he got it to his parents home. The two quickly bonded and Akio named the dragon after the color of his scales, Safaia. The two become a force for good, their bond making it possible to communicate without speech valuable in a fight. Akio soon discovered was the first Elven Lancer and decided to capitalize on that fact alone. He has avoided being appointed to any position of power for he does not want to be held back by the the needs of a single ruler, and actually is trying to get a spot to run a personal security firm out of.

Description:
Safaia is not an ancient dragon, only being 18 for she hatched to Akio when he was 5. She is only strong enough to lift only a few people into the air since she is so young. She may be small but like her companion, she is faster and stronger than she looks. Her speed and strength make her a formidable foe for even a full grown dragon, or one many times her own age. When she has Akio along for the ride she is a little more conservative, not wanting to throw him off of her back.

Her scales are a deep sapphire and are extremely tough. Her underside is lighter than the rest of her body and is also protected with less rugged, but more flexible scales. Her wings appear to be like the wings of a bird, almost feathered. Safaia is extremely rugged in terms of her ability to take a blow. Unless struck on the underside most attacks just glance off of her rugged scales.

Description:
Ever since birth Safaia has become much like her companion. Her will to help those in need is just as strong as Akio's, if not stronger. She will fight against those who wrong others with all her might, which is a lot seeing that she is a dragon. She will attack without mercy if need be but only when it is absolutely needed. She fights to bring justice to those who have wronged innocent people.

She can communicate telepathically making Akio her mouth whenever she wants to say something to others but doesn't want to say them out loud herself. She will only talk directly to a person in this way if they are close friends or a leader that gives permission for her to do so. She absolutely despises those who are ignorant about what they have done to anger her, making her even more dangerous for those who push her buttons.
